Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does Boys' Club Productions work with men?

Of course. This isn't about excluding men. Our goal is to amplify the work of independent, underrepresented creators & establish a space for people to connect & collaborate.

2. Will Boys' Club Productions feature my work?

We're always thrilled to meet & support new creators! Please contact us here.

3. What's the difference between Boys' Club Productions & The Collective?

Great question! Boys' Club Productions was founded by Kate Niemczyk as an independent production company, specializing in expert storytelling, video production, photography & communications support. It's the culmination of her years of hustling—working fulltime in national network news, while pursuing passion projects & other side gigs in her free time.

As changes to the journalism industry put more & more careers in jeopardy, Kate noticed many of her highly skilled colleagues did not have webpages or portfolios of their own to showcase their work. Understanding that self-promotion is one of the biggest hurdles to bringing in work, she decided to form The Collective—an unofficial entity within Boys' Club Productions that spotlights creators & their skills. The Collective aims to harness the power of numbers to drive business to women & other underrepresented groups by gathering said creators under one roof, amplifying their work & offering support through mutual connections & friendships.

4. I want to hire a creator from The Collective. How can I reach them?

Please see their individual bios for contact information & links to their portfolios/websites.

5. Does Boys' Club Productions own the work of Collective creators?

No! We believe in autonomy & featured creators have their own identities, brands & (oftentimes) entities. They may use the Boys' Club Productions logo in their content at will. Please reach out to them directly to inquire about their work.
